Or, The Dog Days Are Upon Us
Reader,
This is going to be really short because I’ve been severely anhedonic this week and it’s spilled over into my reading and life more broadly. I’ve spent more non-work time than I care to admit watching YouTube videos, scrolling away on social media, listening to podcasts and sleeping and, while I’ve sought the help I need, it’s going to take time for its effects to kick in. Before then, we make do.

I only did Day 1 Week 2 of Couch to 5K this week. Dismal showing but I think we’ve established it wasn’t a great week.
